How to file a consumer Complaint

Main contents of a complaint
Name, Age, Address, Contact etc
Date of purchase, nature of the problem, efforts made to resolve
Invoices, receipts, warranties, previous complaints, etc.
Refund, replacement, compensation for damages, etc.
Why you are filing in a particular commission - Based on pecuniary limits of claim amount including actual value and compensation.
Signed by the complainant or their legal representative
